Terms of the board.

Short version: we run the ranking board, you run the conversation. Read how it works for the mechanics.

  1. 01

    What you're agreeing to

Using outbid.fund means listing a pitch, bidding for rank, or browsing the board. Startups are responsible for their own claims. We do not verify pitches, traction, or contact details.

  2. 02

Listing is free. Rank is paid.

Publishing a pitch does not cost anything. A standing bid is a paid ranking for the current week. If you raise after being outbid, you are charged only the difference between the new bid and what you already paid this week.

  3. 03

    What a bid buys

A bid buys a public rank until the week resets. It does not buy equity, a meeting, or an introduction from us. Investors use the contact details you published.

  4. 04

    The week resets

Every week the leaderboard wipes. Pitches stay. Standing bids return to zero. Last week's ranks are kept on the tape.

  5. 05

We are not a party to any deal

We never hold funds or securities, draft term sheets, or run diligence. Conversations and any investment happen off the board.

  6. 06

    The board can change

We can remove a listing or adjust the rules (minimums, week length) with notice on this page.
