The board is public by design, including the contact details a startup chooses to publish.

What we collect
Company and pitch details when you list. Bid amounts and the difference charged when you raise. Your account email from sign-in. Outbid alerts are stored so we can show them to you.

What's public on the board
Company name, pitch, traction, sector, location, standing bid, raise history, and the contact details you entered — email and optional phone — are public. That is how investors reach you.

What stays private
Account sign-in is private. outbid.fund does not sell contact details or hand them to a third party as an “intro.” Anyone on the internet can see what you published on the pitch.

What we don't do
We don't sell the board to ad networks. We don't run a brokerage book of who contacted whom.
