Rules
Pay to stand at #1. Reset every week.
Startups bid for rank. Investors browse the board and contact the teams they want. There is no equity auction and no off-platform close fee.
- 01
List a pitch
Sign in, publish the company, the story, and the contact details investors should use. Listing is free. You have no rank until you bid.
- 02
Bid for #1
Opening bids start at $100. Each raise must clear your current standing bid by at least $25, or 10% — whichever is greater. Highest standing bid is #1.
- 03
Pay only the difference
Your first bid this week is charged in full. If you are outbid, you get an alert. Raise again and you are charged only the gap between the new bid and what you already paid this week.
- 04
7 days, then reset
The whole leaderboard wipes every 7 days. Pitches stay. Standing bids go to zero. Last week's ranks move to the tape. Bid again if you want the next week.

Investors reach out
outbid.fund does not broker the intro. Your email — and phone, if you add one — is public on the pitch. Funds write you directly.
What this is not
Not a broker-dealer, not an ATS, not a crowdfunding portal. A bid buys rank on a public board — not equity, not a meeting, not a reserved allocation. Conversations happen off the board, between the people who choose to write.
